The Basis of This Agreement
The jd8e Terms & Conditions are built on several key principles that protect the interests of all parties — both users and the platform.
User Eligibility
jd8e services are only open to individuals aged 21 and above. Registering an account confirms that you meet this age requirement and that you are fully responsible for all activity on your account.
Account Security
Each user is responsible for keeping their account password confidential. jd8e will never ask for your password through any channel. Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity.
Financial Policy
All transactions are processed through designated payment methods. The minimum deposit is RM30 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within one hour once a request has been approved.
Bonus Terms
Every bonus or promotion is subject to its own wagering requirements. The jd8e welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings can be withdrawn.
Responsible Conduct
jd8e strictly prohibits fraud, system manipulation, opening multiple accounts, and any other form of misconduct. Violations of these terms may result in an account being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

1. Introduction and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between the user ("You") and the operator of the jd8e platform ("jd8e", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs all aspects of the use of the jd8e website, user accounts, online gambling services, financial transactions and any related interactions on this platform.
jd8e operates under international licensing and is committed to providing a safe, fair and responsible gambling environment for its users. This Agreement is governed by applicable laws and any disputes will be resolved through the designated channels.
jd8e reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility Requirements and Account Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
The jd8e platform is only open to individuals who have reached the age of 21. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be compromised. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. jd8e reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identity card or MyKad at any time.
2.2 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to have one active account on the jd8e platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or banking details — is strictly prohibited. Violating this condition may result in all related accounts being suspended and the balances in those accounts being forfeited.
2.3 User Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. Users are responsible for updating their account information if any changes occur. jd8e is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
2.4 Password Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the security of their own account password. Sharing login credentials with other parties is at the user's own risk. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact jd8e support immediately.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jd8e accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. Users must ensure that the payment account used is in their own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within one hour. For deposits, funds will generally be credited to the account within a short time depending on the payment method used.
3.3 Identity Verification
jd8e reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal request. This is part of our security and fraud prevention procedures. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in the withdrawal processing being put on hold.
3.4 Illegal Funds and Money Laundering
jd8e has a zero-tolerance policy towards any money laundering activity. Any transaction suspected of being linked to illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be immediately suspended without prior notice.
4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
4.1 Welcome Bonus
jd8e offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 and your account balance becomes RM200. Your wagering requirement is RM100 × 15 = RM1,500. If you deposit RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM500 is awarded, your account balance is RM1,700 and the wagering requirement is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.
4.2 General Promotion Terms
Every promotion and bonus offered by jd8e has its own terms and validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. jd8e reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets across several accounts, or other strategies intended to manipulate wagering requirements — constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
5. Game Rules and Integrity
5.1 Fair Play
jd8e uses software from licensed and trusted providers that employ a Random Number Generator (RNG) which has been independently audited. This ensures that every game is fair and that results cannot be manipulated by any party, including jd8e itself.
5.2 Prohibition of Third-Party Software
The use of any automated software, bots, manipulation tools or systems that provide an unfair advantage to a player is strictly prohibited. jd8e uses advanced detection systems and reserves the right to investigate and take action against any account suspected of using such methods.
5.3 Game Results
The results of all games displayed on the jd8e platform are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the incident. jd8e reserves the right to review game logs and make a final decision based on system records.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
6.1 Termination by User
Users have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the jd8e support team. Before the account is closed, all eligible remaining balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures currently in force.
6.2 Termination by jd8e
jd8e reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the event of a violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a risk to the platform. In cases of serious violations, the balance in the account may be forfeited.
6.3 Self-Exclusion

7. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

8. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection, storage and use of users' personal data is governed by jd8e's separate Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and should be read together with these Terms and Conditions. By using the jd8e platform, you agree to the data protection practices as set out in our Privacy Policy.
jd8e uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect users' personal and financial information. User data will not be sold or shared with third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law or licensing procedures.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws applicable under jd8e's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and jd8e's management team.
If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
Users agree that any claim against jd8e must be submitted within one (1) year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim. After that period, the claim is barred.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
10.2 Entire Agreement
This document, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitutes the full and entire agreement between the user and jd8e regarding the subject matter described in this document.
10.3 Language
These Terms and Conditions are published in Malay as the primary version. jd8e also provides customer support in English. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Malay version shall prevail.
